What glue to use when putting swarovski crystals on plastic phone cover?

I would use either E-6000 or GemTac. I have used GemTac and it worked great for me. And I applied many many crystals. E-6000 takes a while to dry and usually needs some clamping to get it secure enough but it will work.They both dry clear.|||I would try E 6000. It takes a while to dry but dries absolutely clear and stays a bit flexible. It is available at most craft/hardware stores.|||I think they sell glue made for making jewelry.
