Do Swarovski rhodium plated brass items tarnish?

I have been tempted to buy some of the cuplink chain by Swarovski. I know that it is rhodium plated brass. I am worried that if the rhodium wears off, the piece will start to look gold. I have read that rhodium is very sturdy and adheres well to brass. Anyone have any experience with any of these items? How long do they take to turn (if ever)? Thanks!|||All I can say is that I was given a rhodium-plated brooch about 50 years ago, and it's still going strong. I have rubbed it with a silver-polishing cloth occasionally.
