Is a Swarovski Crystal the same as a Clear Quartz Crystal?

I am wanting to buy a clear quartz crystal, but what I find is mostly swarovski crystals. Are they the same thing, just a different name? Or a different type of crystal all together?|||Basically, Swarovski is nicely cut glass while quartz crystal is a rock from the ground.|||Quartz has a symmetrical structure and glass has a random structure.
