How do i replace a Swarovski crystal?

I bought a necklace in russia with swarovski crystals. i didnt buy it from the actual swarovski store. one of the crystals fell out though where can i get it replaced with another swarovski crystal..... and i kno it wont b free.|||You could probably take it back to a jewelers or an actual swarovski crystal store to get it replaced.|||Your best bet would be to take it to a Swarovski store and ask if it is possible to replace it, bring proof of purchase with you (to say you havent stole it from somebody or whatever), although im not sure you can get it replaced if it wasn't bought from a S store. :s
